He purchased 163 acres on Nockamixon line in 1773, and added more in 1789. "On June 13, 1775 was living on the Durham Tract." ⁵⁵¹

He married Elizabeth Trittenbach (b. c. 1745, d. 3/ /1797). They were members of Reformed Curch at Nockamixon. Michael was killed "by the kick of a private in a playful mood." He purchased 163 acres on Nockamixon line in 1773, and added more in 1789. "On June 13, 1775 was living on the Durham Tract." (Pioneers of 18th Century, Bucks Co., p. 32)⁴³²
